Kristy Le Trendy jewelry Designs : Part II Build a Line Challenge

Hello again my  friends I can not believe how the time has flown since are last Blog hop. There has been great participation in our workshop and great informational video's, links, and articles  throughout the the first month. Thank you Brenda Sue and all the others who shared all this great information to all of us.

I would like to say that I myself have really rethought how I'm going to make create my jewelry from now on.  I think making particular lines of jewelry can be more economical in the sense that you can chose only what you need for that particular line. I like the the pyramiding plan of action and basing your jewelry line off one larger statement piece and branching off from your main idea to make smaller piece that may appeal to your buyers who like less elaborate pieces. I absolutely loved Brenda Sue's video that thought us this plan of jewelry creating.

I have since starting this challenge through a very helpful tread we all talked about were is the best online options to sell and I'm happy to say I've started to look back into my Etsy store and have decided to get brave and open it back up because of this helpful workshop. Loved the Etsy article on how to properly promote yourself and the discussions on use SEO'S to your advantage. I will seek help from someone on on how to better understand how to use this more efficiently.

Now i would love to show you what I've been working on from the first challenge up to now.

Of course some of you have already seen this finished bracelet from my Vineyard Collection.

Now I will show you some other pieces I'm working on for this Challenge.  first remember their are going to be five main piece to my Vineyard collection : Necklace, Earrings, Bracelet, Brooch, and rings. I will however have more than one variation of those main bodies of work, but within my main theme.

H

Here are some necklace and ring selections I am pondering.

This is quite a large piece will it be a brooch, a pendant, or perhaps both, and give it a duel quality about it.

Ah yes and earring I will have more than one to go with my line.

Oh and yes I forgot this necklace scenario!

Of course there's no reason why we can't have more than one bracelet style either as long as it fit's with my main idea. I hope you enjoyed my little tour of what is to be expected in the end and finial Challenge. What I hope you get from this fabulous journey is this that I have a better understanding of what it take to be a more successful designer, marketer, and hopefully a successful handmade online jewelry shop seller. I have one last thing to show you for this post this is what has been born from this same line, but with slightly different design details, and is also a Vineyard Collection. it's the Pastel Vineyard collection that I will  be presented at my first craft show of the year. I hope you like this subline as well it is still being refined in color anbd make up.

Well I hope you have enjoyed my second blog post and I look forward to reading all of your.

  13. Love, love, LOVE!! I have a fox den in the small 5 acre patch of woods behind my house. Literally, house ring the entire patch but we have such a diverse bunch of wildlife in that small space. My favorite of which are the foxes. My immediate neighbors have a pact not to tell the others because we don't want them killed. So, needless to say I love your fox jewelry.
